We will be delighted to put together a quote for your proposed event to include set up time, event days and break-down. The suites are available for set up on a 24 hour basis.

Whether you have an established event or are looking to hold your event at one of venues for the first time we will help and advise on issues including sourcing shell-scheme suppliers, health & safety issues, terms & conditions to offer your exhibitors and catering options.

When we know exactly what you need we will put together a package for hire of the venue for the whole event, itemised to show exactly what you are booking.  We think you will find our prices very competitive.

We will also help promote your event through our venue posters, via the website and distributing flyers to our users.
