Gala Dinner venue
Our two venues are popular destinations for:- corporate dinners
- charity events
- celebration gala dinners.
The Centre Conference Venue has a large pillar-free Main Hall which will hold 500 guests with a dance floor and bar area. The room is beautifully draped to create the feeling of being inside a marquee. The room can be extended to include the Small Hall to increase the capacity to 670 guests – or the Small Hall can be used as a drinks reception area. There is a built in cloakroom and brand new toilet facilities.
Thames Valley Athletics Centre has two adjacent rooms, which will hold 120 and 80 guests respectively. These rooms link by a balcony and can be used as a separate dinner & dance area.
Both venues have large complimentary car parking facilities and we organise security for the comfort of your guests.
