Delegate Packages
You can book a meeting room by the hour, half day, full day or longer. We will put together a bespoke package for you and can quote separately for room hire, catering and other services. Within your meeting room we provide mineral water, conference pads & pens, a screen and flipchart as standard.
Or you can choose the day delegate rate to cover everything you might need for a full day’s meeting. This includes:
- Main meeting room hire
- Adjacent area for catering & refreshments
- Three servings of tea, coffee and biscuits
- Finger buffet lunch with fruit juice ~ selection of menus to choose from
- Still & sparkling mineral water
- Cordials & sweets
- Conference pads & pens
